PRICING
Harper Lane Jewellery reserves the right to set prices at competitive market rates, as determined by Harper Lane Jewellery. We also reserve the right to decide which items will go on sale, and at what percentage these will be discounted. Prices may fluctuate in response to trends and stock.
A discrepancy between a purchase price of a product by a consumer and a price decrease of the product at a later date by Harper Lane Jewellery is not grounds for a refund of the discrepancy amount. Please see our refund section for all information pertaining to refund criteria.
EMAIL SIGN-UPS AND NEWSLETTERS
On occasions we may prompt consumers to sign up to receive newsletters, information on new products, advance sale opportunities and other information that we feel is valuable to our consumers. You may opt out of this service at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of all emails.
Please note that email addresses and other personal information will be utilised, and is subject to the security restrictions set out under our Privacy Policy.
WEBSITE COMMENTS
It is expected and demanded that comments made on our website are appropriate, engaging, enquiring or otherwise useful. Spam, inflammatory, abusive, racist, homophobic, commercial and trolling comments will be deleted and their users blocked from Harper Lane Jewellery and its subsidiaries.
We reserve the right to undertake legal action in response to inappropriate website comments.
CONTENT AND IMAGE REGULATIONS
All content and images seen on Harper Lane Jewellery or its subsidiaries has been created by, and is subsequently the property of, Harper Lane Jewellery unless otherwise cited.

Harper Lane Jewellery reserves the right to press charges against any user who is believed to be using images and content, without the express written permission by Harper Lane Jewellery, for wholesaling, plagiarism or other unlawful or inappropriate purpose as set out under Australian Copyright Legislation.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or other forms of store credit. Harper Lane Jewellery does not take responsibility for lost, stolen or otherwise damaged gift cards. Only one gift card may be used per transaction and each gift card may only be used once.
Gift cards are subject to a 6-month expiry from the date of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the amount of credit on the card is used within the time period. Harper Lane Jewellery will not refund gift card amounts in cash or store credit due to the consumer not using the entire credit amount on the gift card. E-gift cards are only accepted for online purchases, not in store purchases. No refunds will be given on the purchase of a Harper Lane gift card.
PRESS
On occasions Harper Lane Jewellery may release, gift or otherwise transmit images, products and other paraphernalia to press sources for the express purpose of information dissemination, review or other promotion. We reserve the right to select which outlets are subject to this information.
Please note that on occasions influencers may be paid in order to promote our products. It is at the discretion of the influencer whether or not it is revealed that the promotion was paid for and Harper Lane Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any mistaken beliefs as a result of this promotion.
SOCIAL MEDIA
All images or content created for and promoted on Harper Lane Jewellery social media is the property of Harper Lane Jewellery unless otherwise credited.
It is expected that visitors and viewers of our social media will act in a manner that is appropriate for the public domain.
Inflammatory, abusive, defamatory, commercial, trolling or otherwise unacceptable comments or messages will result in the message being deleted and their user blocked. We reserve the right to press charges against any user for comments of the above nature.
WHOLESALING
Harper Lane Jewellery reserves the right to cancel any orders that are believed to be for the purposes of wholesaling, reselling or any other non-personal use.
