Harper Lane Jewellery’s warranty, covers purchases for a period of six months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers all jewellery for manufacturing faults, damage incurred whilst in postage (must be made known within 48 hours of receiving the parcel) and incorrect items being sent out.
Harper Lane Jewellery is happy to undertake repairs after the 6-month warranty has expired. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and costs of repair.
This warranty does not cover damage incurred from careless handling, change of mind, incorrect sizing, natural tarnishing and wear and erosion caused by improper storage or cleaning. Harper Lane Jewellery takes no responsibility for damaged jewellery due to neglect, wear and tear or other damage caused by the consumer.
Please keep your receipt and take a photo or copy, as the ink fades over time. Your receipt is proof of purchase and the start date of your 6-month warranty.
